I really shouldn't bring my computer onto campus with me. It's a really bad idea since I have a really hard time paying attention while I can be surfing the net for that next awesome webpage!
So last night I was sitting in my room and all of the sudden I popped my knee out of it's socket. This is something that I used to do a bunch, but the last time I did it I was like 14. Having had past experience with sockets popping out I gingerly popped my knee back into place and went merrily (albeit sorely) on my way. It took me about a half hour to realize that I'm that weird kid who dislocates something and then pops it back into place as it nothing happened. This all happened last night - and my knee is still sore.
Any of my readers should be really thankful that I have a low tolerance for gross images. I really wanted to put a picture of a dislocated knee up, but I just couldn't do it! If you really want to see images of what it looks like google it!
And presentations... As I've said I need to not bring my computer into class because I'm having the hardest time paying attention to other peoples presentations! So anyway, enough about me how's your day going?

Sockets, Presentations, and Computers!
Portfolios, Junk, and Wizard Rock!
So I really need to be working on my portfolio since it's due in about three hours, but instead I'm updating this here thing-a-ma-jigger!
So I have a guilty obsession... Wizard Rock - or Wrock as the kids have come to calling it. It's amazing. It's all music that has been inspired by Harry Potter. I'm a big musical theater nerd and a big Harry Potter fan. Most Wrock has a very narrative style about it which is why, I'm sure, I love it... Anyway enough about that take a looksy at this!
Rendering into Oblivion!
So I'm just now getting the opportunity to head off to bed after a really long night of rendering toaster ovens... If there is one thing that I don't ever care to see again toaster ovens would be that thing!
I'm so hungry right now I need protein, but I'm almost to tired to pop off this uncomfy couch and make myself a 1:45 snack.
One more thing...
I'M GOING TO NEW YORK IN 12 DAYS!!! IT'S COMING UP SO FAST, I'M SO FREAKING EXCITED! IT'S LIKE SUPER MAJOR!

Ps. I got chased by one of campus' many creatures today - a raccoon... did anybody ever warn me that I might get close to being assaulted by those furballs? NOPE! In all actuality it really wasn't anywhere near me, but it makes for a much better story if I say it tried to attack me!

Sasha Is Pretty Fierce
Just finished listening to Beyonce's new album... it was really good! I was not disappointed It was pretty rockin!
Oh and I finished my Spanish Paper...
And my mom just got back from running a Half Marathon!

So currently I'm ramping up for dead week at school. It's the week before finals - and apparently I'm going to get less sleep... hard to do if you already only get about four hours of sleep a night anyway.
As for today -
I'm currently downloading some really random Christmas music, as well as Beyonce... I mean Sasha Fierce's new album... Well see how that goes. I really like the song "Single Ladies"
So well see what the rest of her album has in store...
Have you guys heard Lenka? She is so amazing! I love her music I'm sitting listening to her music while ramping up to write my Spanish paper. Let me tell you - she is so incredible. Go out and get her album.
And the rest of my life - Did you know that around three billion people on this earth live for less then $2.50 a day. That little factoid is thanks to globalissues.org. "Why do you know this?" you ask... well I'm currently writing a paper for my Spanish class about a social issue. So I chose poverty. Originally I was going to write about this social issue because I go to a super liberal school and really didn't want to write anything that would be terribly controversail, but actually now that I think about it I think that I feel strongest about the issue of poverty.
We can piss and moan about how gay rights and abortion, but really does that help the world in any way? I say NO. It's about our rights, but on the flip-side people in Africa are dying at a horribly rapid rate because they don't have access to the things that we take for granted everyday!
World Vision is an amazing organization that sets up sponsorships for children in need. Their website is www.worldvision.org. Go check them out and maybe sponsor a child.

99Designs
So I've decided to show you my - not readers - what I've been up too...
There is an amazing website that I stumbled upon that is called 99designs it's simple straightforward design competitions that companies contact for a design.
So without further ado here are two of my recent... well actually only logo designs that I've done.
This first one is for some Dutch company - I entered it on a whim and I'm waiting on the results...
And the one that I just finished tonight - It's for a clothing company that I think is just starting up.
So let me know what you think - but if you're too harsh I prolly won't like you!

So I've decided that it's finally time to break this sucker in! So here goes - I'll be posting a bunch of really random stuff that I've been working on - whether it's drawings that I've been working on for my Industrial Design program, or shoes that I've customized. So expect a lot from this little page... actually don't expect much - then you may be pleasantly surprised!
